Gordon Gaffney is a Sligo-born English teacher and author of “Eliminate the 63 Most Common Mistakes Portuguese Speakers Make in English”. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and worked on Film Ireland magazine from 2007 until it ceased publication in March 2013.
His articles have appeared in Film Ireland magazine and Ireland’s largest selling Sunday newspaper The Sunday Independent.
After gaining his CELTA qualification from International House Dublin he began teaching English in Montevideo, Uruguay in June 2013 before moving to Belo Horizonte, Brasil in February 2014.
